Diagnostics and simpler repairs, like flat tires, are usually turned around in less than 24 hours. More involved repairs take longer, and we're actively working on streamlining that process.

No — Class 1, 2, and 3 e-bikes are treated like regular bicycles under Florida law, so no license, registration, or insurance is required. Helmets are only legally required for riders under 16, though we recommend one for everyone.
